Our DT class project:

Making fruit salad. We:

• Reasearched where fruit grows and why
• Used our senses to describe fruit using adjectives in our writing
• Tasted fruit that we hadn't tried before and liked it!
• Created a pictogram of Class 2's favourite fruit
• Made a fruit salad, learning all about safe cutting skills, hygiene and techniques such as combining
• Wrote instructions for other children, so they could make a fruit salad
