At Aston by Sutton, we follow the Cheshire West and Chester scheme of work. We have planned our teaching around a two year rolling programme, to ensure children leave Aston with a clear knowledge and understanding about the main religions of the world. These include Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, Judaism and Humanism. We also follow the No Outsiders scheme to support children in their understanding and appreciation that we are all different and all equal, regardless of age, gender, disability, religion, race, sexual orientation, maritial status or the social background you belong to.
